My husband and I asked Alison of Trillium Fine Desserts to make us a small cake for our October 8, 2016 wedding at the Red Clover Inn. Alison made us two tiers of her signature pistachio-cardamom cake with buttercream frosting. When she discovered that we were mutual fans of The Great British Baking Show, she promised us “a good bake,” and she certainly delivered! Not only was our cake delicious, but it was also beautiful. She also created a small cake for our gluten-free guests that was very well received. Alison was so easy to work with, quick to respond, and prompt on delivery. We would absolutely recommend Trillium to other couples.
